Frequently asked questions
Which ports do you handle in Chennai?
We handle shipments through Chennai Port, Kamarajar Port (Ennore), Kattupalli Port and Chennai Air Cargo, along with the CFSs and ICDs around them.
Can you clear customs for my import at Chennai port?
Yes. As an AEO-LO certified customs broker, we file the Bill of Entry, check your documents and HS codes, and coordinate with customs until your cargo is released.
What is FTWZ and how does it help importers?
An FTWZ lets you keep imported goods in a duty-deferred zone. You pay customs duty only when goods move into the Indian market, and you can re-export without paying Indian duty at all.
Do you offer LCL shipping from Chennai?
Yes. If you don't have enough cargo for a full container, we consolidate your shipment with others so you pay only for the space you use.
How do I get a freight quote for Chennai?
Send your cargo details, the origin and destination, and the approximate weight or volume on WhatsApp to +91 90361 01201, call us, or email info@pasfreight.com.
